Jackson Community Foundation
Board of Trustees - 2012
Roles and Responsibilities
The fundamental role of The Jackson Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees is to represent the interests of the Jackson community. The ultimate decision-making authority of the Foundation rests in the hands of these individuals. The Board of Trustees functions as both a policy-making body and a working board. Together with the professional staff, they form a strong JCF team. All trustees serve on one or more of the following committees: Fund Development, Finance, Board Development, Scholarship and Grant Distribution. The Chair of the Board is ex officio for all committees. Officers of the board serve on the Executive Committee along with the committee chairs. |
