Roles and Responsibilities

The ultimate decision-making authority of the Foundation rests in the hands of these individuals. The Board of Trustees functions as both a policy-making body and a working board. Together with the professional staff, they form a strong JCF team.  All trustees serve on one or more of the following committees: Fund Development, Finance, Board Development, Scholarship and Grant Distribution.  The Chair of the Board is ex officio for all committees.
