JCF is located in the Foote Health System Building at the corner of East Michigan Avenue and North Mechanic Street in Downtown Jackson. Our office is on the third floor on the south side of the building.Parking is available on the street in metered spots or in the parking garage.

9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Thursday and Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm (Closed 12 pm -1 pm for lunch)
