CORPORATE SCHOLARSHIPS
Listed below are the descriptions and requirements for each individual scholarship. Each Scholarship fund has ranked, in order of scoring importance, the eligibility criteria specific to that fund.
ADCO Founders Scholarship (previous recipients may reapply through the annual application process)
The ADCO Founders Scholarship was established in recognition of the late Donald R. Strack and the late Charles O. Pyron, founders of ADCO Products, Inc. The scholarship is available each year to three children or legal dependents of ADCO Products, Inc. employees and recognizes outstanding high school or college scholastic achievement, extra curricular activity and involvement in the school or community. Only one scholarship will be awarded to an immediate family per year. The scholarship will be awarded to graduating high school seniors or graduates who plan to enroll in an approved post-secondary institution* as full time students.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

A high school graduating senior or graduate

Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher

First year college students must carry a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA in subsequent years.

Participation in school activities, community activities, and/or sports
APPROVED POST-SECONDARY SCHOOLS INCLUDE: Accredited 4 year college or university; junior or community college; technical school
SCHOLARSHIP AWARD: $1,500, More than one scholarship may be awarded
Auxiliary of
The Auxiliary of Foote Hospital Employee Scholarship provides a $2,000 award to a qualified
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

A dependent child of a Foote Health System employee who has at least one year of service

Must Carry a 3.0 GPA in high school, taking some college preparatory classes

Demonstrate good citizenship qualities in school and community

Students must major in one of the following clinical health professions: Registered Respiratory Therapist, CRNA, Physical Therapist, Imaging Services Technologist, or Registered Nurse (BSN only) Must be enrolled in a two or four year accredited public/private college or university carrying a minimum of 12 semester hours or equivalent

Proof of financial need Scholarship recipients may be required to submit a written update or participate in an interview after the school year is complete.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARD: $2,000, More than one scholarship may be awarded
SCHOLARSHIP USE: Tuition, books, fees, or other academic expenses
General Products Scholarship (Previous recipients are invited to re-apply)
The General Products Scholarship is awarded each year to children or legal dependents of active General Product's employees. The scholarship recognizes exceptional achievement in academics, citizenship, and extra-curricular activities and is awarded to a high school graduating senior or graduate who plans to enroll in an approved post-secondary institution as a full-time student.

SCHOLARSHIP AWARD: Up to $2,000
MACI Scholarship (non-renewable)
The MACI Scholarship recognizes children of MACI associates for excellence in high school or college scholastic achievement, citizenship, and extracurricular activities through involvement in school and community. "It is our hope that students will be encouraged to continue their pursuit of excellence through education. Today's children are tomorrow's work force. We offer this scholarship to encourage them to fulfill their potential as the most important asset of the future."
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Applicant must be under the age of 21 and a child or legal dependent of a MACI associate who has passed the TEP status and is an associate at the time the scholarship is disbursed

Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher during high school or college

Acceptance by an accredited 2 or 4-year college or university

Plan to be a full time student carrying a minimum of 12 credits or more per semester or equivalent
