Named Unrestricted Funds Named Unrestricted Funds are established by JCF whenever a gift of $5,000 or more is made by a living donor or received through a bequest (except in the case of donors who wish to remain anonymous). These funds ensure the donor’s generosity is remembered in perpetuity.
