School District Agency Funds School District Agency Funds are endowed funds created by school districts. Earnings from the fund, as well as ongoing contributions by donors who support the fund, provide a permanent source of income and long-term security for the school. The minimum contribution to establish a School District Educational Fund is $5,000.
