Henry Ford Allegiance Health New Beginnings Scholarship
Henry Ford Allegiance Health (HFAH) supports lifelong learning. This scholarship provides an opportunity for nontraditional students whose work, family responsibilities or other reasons may have kept them from obtaining higher education immediately after high school, and who are now pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Must live within a 25-mile radius of HFAH
Age 25 or older
High school graduate or GED recipient
Plan to pursue an associate, undergraduate or graduate degree
Accepted by an accredited 2 or 4 year college or university, or an accredited trade school
Be, or plan to be, a fulltime student who maintains a minimum of 12 credit hours
Scholarship Award: Up to $2,000
Scholarship Use: Tuition, books, fees, or other academic expenses
Recipient Obligations: Scholarship recipients may be required to submit a written update, participate in an interview after the school year is complete, or participate in a Henry Ford Allegiance Health event.
